CalmCover (calmcover.com.au) is an Australian-owned lead generation and insurance comparison service. We are not an insurance provider, broker, or financial adviser. We connect consumers with licensed Australian insurance providers and brokers who may be able to help with their insurance needs.

2. We share your details with one or more Australian insurance providers or brokers
3. Those providers may contact you directly to discuss your options and provide quotes

We receive a referral fee from the insurance providers we partner with. This does not increase the cost to you and does not affect the quotes or advice you receive from those providers.

4. Your obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in our comparison form
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. Provider contact

By submitting your details through our comparison form, you consent to being contacted by our partner insurance providers and brokers via phone, email, or SMS regarding the insurance products you've enquired about. You can opt out of further communications by contacting the provider directly or by emailing us at hello@calmcover.com.au.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmCover is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of this website or the services of our partner providers.
